To enroll your child at University Carillon Preschool, please call the office. If an appropriate spot is available, we will arrange a convenient time for you to come tour the facility and pick up an enrollment packet.

To hold a place for your child you will need to submit:

• completed registration form
• registration and material fees

You may return the other forms when your child starts school.
